Cleaning a Jimny

This isn’t really intended to be an extra anal detailing info session; more of a primer for those new to 4wding about the tips and tricks to clean a 4wd.

As I’ve got older I’ve tried to defer this by being selective about tracks – no more bashing through bonnet high mud holes and the inevitable 3 day cleaning process after & ruined engine parts to boot – but also just by cleaning as I go.

Underbody cleaning – essential after any 4wd trip, especially handy after the beach
